Where can I rent Wingsys interactive equipment?

What interactive products are available?

Our product list is often updated to give you access to the most innovative models on the market. We have many models to choose from and they can all be yours. From interactive tables, digital totems, digital kiosks, interactive screens and LEDs.

Do you deliver the equipment and / or pick it up at the customer's location?

We can carry out the delivery/collection transport service, with conditions and prices on request. The scheduling of this service must be made when booking the rental.

Do you have technical support for installation / uninstallation?

We offer online and in-person technical assistance services, upon request. However, all Wingsys equipment was previously thought, created and prepared so that the installation process is simple and intuitive.

Do you provide training to use the equipment?

We will be happy to provide you with instructions on how to use the equipment when booking.

If you want to deepen your knowledge, our team of specialized professionals provides theoretical and practical training, for products and equipment, to your customers. In the training sessions, we let you know how the equipment works and what are the procedures for its maintenance, as well as recommendations for use.

In addition to the basic rental price, are there any additional costs?

There may be extra costs if you want to subscribe to a complementary product that was not included in the original reservation request (specific insurance, transport, installation, printer, card reader, among others).

What payment methods are accepted by Wingsys?

The payment method is by bank transfer.

If I want to extend my rental by one or more days, will the price be the same?

The rental prices are dynamic, so if you want to extend your contract, you must inform the assigned sales person so that he can analyze your request and check the availability of the equipment.

Can I return the equipment later than the time specified in the contract?

If you return the equipment later than the expected period of the end of the contract, you will be charged an additional daily amount according to our price list, to consult with our commercials (this value also includes the additional value of all extra products purchased at the beginning of the contract).

Can I pick up or return the equipment outside company hours?

No, you must collect or deliver the equipment at our facilities (Rua do Progresso, Pavilhão 360, 4760-841 Vila Nova de Famalicão - Portugal), every working day of the week, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

You can request a copy of the invoice by email wingsys@wingsys.pt indicating the customer's order number.

How can I make a suggestion or complaint?

You can present your suggestions or complaints to our Customer Support department, which can analyze and clarify any questions, via email wingsys@wingsys.pt.

Is Wingsys taking additional precautions to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus?

We are closely following all the information shared by the World Health Organization on how to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

To enhance the protection of our employees and customers, we recommend frequent hand washing and regular use of hand sanitizer.

We are also implementing additional cleaning techniques on our equipment after each rental. We take special care with the touch surfaces.

We advise all our customers to keep themselves updated on the latest developments through the websites of the World Health Organization and the DGS (National Health Organization).
